PrepWorld, the fresh cut division of our Group, has announced the launch of PrepWorld France, a new joint venture with French produce specialist Omer-Decugis & Cie.

The partnership will establish a state-of-the-art fresh cut fruit facility in Dunkirk, strategically located to serve the growing demand for high-quality, convenient fruit across France and Europe. Valued at ~€200 million, the French fresh cut market offers strong growth potential driven by health, sustainability, and convenience trends.

The facility will form part of a next-generation logistics platform, supporting low-carbon, efficient distribution across Europe.

This expansion reinforces AgroBerries’ commitment to sustainable, regional growth and integrated global operations.
